Melbert One Year Limited Warranty

Melbert lap steels have a one year limited warranty. If any part fails within one year of purchase, return your lap steel to Melbert Guitars with shipping prepaid and your lap steel will be repaired free of charge. Melbert Guitars will pay for shipping back to you.

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of your lap steel. Melbert Guitars will not pay for incidental or consequential damages. Melbert Guitars will not reimburse for loss of use.

Your Melbert warranty will be null and void if any of the following occur: Your lap steel is sold or transferred to anyone else. Your lap steel is damaged due to accident or abuse, improperly stored, left in a hot vehicle, or wet location.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by your warranty.

Melbert Guitars will not pay for repairs done by someone else.

Some modifications may void your warranty. Contact Melbert Guitars before modifying your instrument.
